Description

List of Term & Conditions of Sale 0413-S2404A Listing of Property for Sale You are invited to submit a bid on the property listed on sale 0413-S2404A (see attached). EXELIS INC. will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1. The property is offered as One Lot, "as is - where is." Bids will be accepted during the following: Bid Period: December 17, 2013- January 10, 2014 4 p.m. EST You are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to bid submission. Considerable effort will be required to remove. The property is at the following location: EXELIS INC. 7635 PLANTATION RD ROANOKE VA 24019 The Sale will be in accordance with the mandatory Terms and Conditions of Sale (attached). Award will be subject to Government approval. Bids will be submitted to Primary Point of Contact listed below. Delivery of the property will occur at EXELIS INC. and removal will be at the purchaser's expense and must take place within ten business days of award. No property shall be left behind. The full purchase price shall be paid by certified bank check made out to "Treasury of the United States".
