Description
Statement of Work for Covert Methods of Entry Training This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit a quote. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Therefore, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400-14-T-0012 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-71 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is U006 and the NAICS code is 611519. The Government is soliciting quotes for the Covert Methods of Entry Training service. The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Lowest Price and Technically Acceptable. CLIN 0001: Covert Methods of Entry Training service Qty: 1 Service Number of Students: 18 Period of Performance: 20 January 2014 - 24 January 2014 The contractor shall provide training in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Price shall be inclusive of all training materials and service Service shall be performed at Camp Courtney, Okinawa, JAPAN CLIN 0002: Travel Related Expense Contractor shall submit all related receipts with invoice prior to payment.
