- NEW RFX - SOLICITATION NSN -4186 This NSN is being solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5 and is solicited as an IDPO over the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. NSN: 3110-00-101-4186. BEARING, ROLLER, TAPERED. Solicitation Number SPE4A614X0348 which replaces the previous solicitation SPE4A614X0039. AMSC 1G. Estimated Minimum Delivery Order Quantity will be 300 pieces. Estimated Maximum Delivery Order Quantity will be 550 pieces. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION. Stocked Item. Item has QCC of FCA. Acquisition includes DFARS CLAUSE 252.225-7016. Item requires MIL-DTL-197 packaging. Requested delivery of 090 days ARO. This acquisition is solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; NAICS CODE 332991. Solicitation will result in a bilateral Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO), with a three-year Base Period plus one Option Term of two years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation date is anticipated to be December 18, 2013. The solicitation close date is anticipated to be December 30, 2013.
