Sole Source for MS143XD (PTFE Release Agent/Dry Lubricant) This acquisition is a sole source requirement with Miller Stephenson Chemical Company 55 Backus Avenue Danbury CT 06810-7378 for MS143XD Release Agent. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-14-T-0016 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's System For Award Management (SAM at http://www.sam.gov ) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 325998, Size Standard 500 employees, within Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov ) and (BPN at http://www.bpn.go ).
