- AG-82AT-S-14-0003, this is a new project for temporary engineering services support to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the USDA Forest Service, Arapaho/Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grasslands located in Region Two. The resultant award will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement for various services and deliverables through the performance of engineering road deferred maintenance surveys, road condition surveys, facilities inspections, minor operational and maintenance repairs, and other incidental transportation and facility related services. This work will not require the individual(s) to be registered or licensed engineers. The above referenced services shall be considered incidental engineering services and will not be subject to the Brooks Architect-Engineers Act. This program will consist of one award using a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) type contract vehicle. No pre-proposal meeting will be held. This is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned business set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around January 10, 2014. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All Offerors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) (previously CCR and ORCA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
