- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Man Bun Lau, Electronic Engineer, (443) 395 6350 man.b.lau.civ@mail.mil This is a market survey to locate sources that can manufacture and produce these Seven (7) Electronic Equipments Assemblies, part of the AN/ARS-6(V)PLS. The AN/ARS-6(V) PLS is airborne communication equipment, used in conjunction with combat survival radios to quickly and precisely locate downed airmen. The proposed contract will provide for the procurement of spare parts for the sustainment of the Personnel Locator System. The prime source is Cubic Defense System (CDS), 9333 Balboa Ave, San Diego, California 92123. The CDS is the developer, sole manufacturer, and configuration manager of the AN/ARS-6(V) PLS. Interested source shall provide estimated prices for these Seven (7) Electronic Equipments Assemblies for the first year IAW the range quantities for each assembly. These range quantities breakout are as follows: Range A: 1-100, Range B: 101-250, Range C: 251-500. The estimated minimum order quantities breakout for the first year is provided.
