- The Mississippi National Guard at Camp Shelby has a requirement to replace and install a wireless radio network that will provide wireless internet access to the Soldiers training at Camp Shelby. This is being conducted under the simplified acquisition procedures. The intended procurement will be classified under NAICS code 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $14,000,000, the PSC code of 6015. Scope of work is attached. All request for information shall be emailed to the contracting specialist listed in this solicitation, joshua.j.ulrich.mil@mail.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-14-T-0004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-60. This solicitation is set aside for small business. SEE ATTACHED PDF DOCUMENT FOR SCOPE OF WORK. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed price contract. Award can only be made to those offerors that hold an active registration through the System for Award Management (SAMs). For those that are not registered, you may log onto the internet at www.sam.gov. Proposals will only be accepted from vendors who attended the site visit. The site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 10:00 am in Building 6606 conference room, Camp Shelby, MS for interested contractors.
