- Description
- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Milk and Other Dairy Items for Customers in the Washington State Area. Customers in these areas include: Fairchild AFB and the Curlew Job Corps Center. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Milk and Other Dairy Items for delivery beginning from May 4, 2014 through May 6, 2017. The contract period will be thirty-six (36) months. There will be two pricing tiers in the contract. Tier 1 will include years 1 and 2 of the contract and Tier 2 will include year 3 of the contract. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for fluid milk items for the entire 36 month contract term and all other prices will be firm fixed for each pricing tier. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support Philadelphia. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date: December 23, 2013.
