Description

The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) is seeking sources for managing dental benefits for its Medicaid population, including both the information technology (IT) and business operations. Services to be provided include, but are not limited to, adjudicating dental claims, dental utilization review and management, provider outreach and training, monitoring expenditure and utilization trends, managing coordination of benefits to maximize cost avoidand, and other dental-related functions. SCDHHS has posted a Request for Information (RFI) to its Web site at: https://www.scdhhs.gov/site-page/contract-library The State encourages vendors and other interested parties to provide feedback in response to this RFI or any part thereof.
