- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation, Notice of Intent. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Roche Applied Science for GS FLX Titanium Kits and systems in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as applicable, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit offers on NOI-RML-5-14013. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-71, 11/25/13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325414 and the small business size is 500. The Rocky Mountain Laboratories, Research Technology Branch (RTS) currently uses Roche Applied Science equipment which requires certain kits and reagents to function optimally. Kits and reagents must be fully compatible with Roche's sequencing equipment. RML has a need to purchase: GS FLX Titanium LV emPCR Kit (Lib-L), Cat # 05 618 428 001, Qty 11 GS FLX Titanium LV/MV emPCR Breaking Kit, Cat # 05 233 658 001, Qty 1 GS FLX Titanium PicoTiterPlate 70x775, Cat # 05 233 682 001, Qty 6 GS FLX Titanium Sequencing kit XLR70, Cat # 05 233 526 001, Qty 7 GS FLX Titanium Sequencing kit XLR70+, Cat #06 380 565 001, Qty 3 Maintenance Wash Kit, Cat # 04 932 358 001, Qty 10 Fast Start High Fidelity System, Cat # 04 738 292 001, Qty 1 FOB Point shall be Destination; Hamilton, MT. Delivery location is Rocky Mountain Laboratories, 903 S. 4th Street, Hamilton, MT.
