MDA is the contracting activity for this acquisition. This is a DAU requirement and not an MDA requirement. The purpose of this DRFP is to solicit potential Offerors in an effort to assist in determining your interest in preparing and submitting a proposal for evaluation against the requirement provided. Potential Offerors are encouraged to review the DRFP and provide questions, comments, and recommendations in order to assist in structuring the final Request for Proposal (RFP) such that it will lead to a better competition and resultant contract. Please note that not all of the documents identified in the DRFP are provided. The Bidder's Library will be updated periodically as additional documents become available. MDA requests that potential Offerors identify and recommend additional documents that they believe should be included in the Bidder's Library for the DAU LCIC LADSS competition. The resultant DAU, LCIC, LADSS contract will be a single indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF). Written comments/questions on the DRFP concerning this acquisition (including, but not limited to, management/technical issues, pricing issues, and proposal issues) must be coordinated through the Procuring Contracting Officer, Ms. Valarie Hall. Pursant to FAR 3.104 communications with anyone other than Ms. Hall are inappropriate during this on-going acquisition.
