- FINAL REVISION OF SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE EDITED: THE CLEARANCE REQURIEMENTS FROM REVISION 1 HAVE BEEN REVISED. THE DUE DATE OF 7 JANUARY AT 4pm (ET) has not been changed. EDITED TO ADD/REVISE TASKS. THE DUE DATE EXTENDED UNTIL 7 JANUARY 2014 AT 4PM (ET). This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Office of the Comptroller/Chief Financial Executive (CFE) is seeking information on potential sources for continued support of the Financial Management Systems Software (FMSS) suite of financial management applications that are operational for the DISA Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) and General Fund (GF) business areas. This includes technical and management support for the DISACFE, DWCF Financial Operations Division and Telecommunications Services Enterprise Acquisition Services Branch (CFEB) and their use of the proprietary Federal Financial Accounting Management Information System (FAMIS 4.0) and other financial management related systems. Required consulting support services include technical support, functional support, execution and budget tasks, and business process improvement for the various DISA business areas.
