- Statement of Objectives (SOO) - Task Order 2 Statement of Objectives (SOO) - Task Order 1 Statement of Objectives (SOO) - Basic IDIQ Model Contract Section K Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) Initial Announcement The BATMAN II program will extend the R&D portfolio to investigate and develop prototype technologies and interfaces supporting the Pararescue Jumper (PJ) as well as Joint Tactical Air Controller (JTAC) communities. PJ's Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP) greatly differ from JTACs and thus a strong research emphasis of the BATMAN II program will be to develop and execute the maturity advancement of basic 6.2 interfaces and hardware concepts supporting these new TTPs. PJs perform a number of mission reactive roles to include Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR), triage, and firepower, however uncharacteristic of JTACs and other Battlefield Airmen (BA), PJs roles are more varied and can change in real-time requiring dynamic interfaces and hardware to adapt to the fluidity of mission objectives.
