- Total Small Business Set-Aside procedures apply. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a Aircraft Seat for NSN 1680-00-960-3929 for an estimated annual quantity of 64 each under part number 114ES011-3. the approved sources of supply are C.R. DANIELS, INC.- CAGE: 15814 and ORO MANUFACTURING COMPANY CAGE: 76912. The required delivery schedule is 221 days. Surge and Sustainment requirement applies for a quantity of 6 each per year. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 17 January 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
