- The NAVSUP FLCN Philadelphia Office intends to acquire BMC Remedy Software Maintenancy Product, in support of Naval Personnel Command as a sole source requirement. With competition limited to BMC and BMC authorized resellers. This procurement is being processed as a sole source acquisition for services, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), follow-on to a previously awarded contract for this service. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Zeiders Enterprises, for these services. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 which has an associated small business size standard of $35.5M. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation, and conducted under FAR Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial supplies. Interested persons may identify their interest and technical capability to fulfill this requirement and may submit information that shall be considered by NAVSUP FLCN. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
