- Synopsis Rough Draft (China Lake) The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of an estimated quantity of 15,000 GL (Gallons) of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO) National Stock Number (NSN) 6830-00-808-9531 and related ancillary services. ABO shall meet the requirement Type II, IAW MIL-PRF-27210J, dated 7 Aug 2013. Delivery is Free on Board (f.o.b.) Destination with a period of performance 1 Apr 2014 through 31 Mar 2019. Product shall be delivered to 1 (one) Government-owned tank at NAWS China Lake, T-Range Bldg. 16059, China Lake, CA 93555. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 6 Jan 2014 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at ( http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ ). If you do not have internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written or emailed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
