- The 410th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Center (Americas) intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to print different types of advertisement products and advertise on regional newspapers for a period of six (6) months in Lima Peru. The contractor shall provide printed production of five thousand (5,000) 40cm x 60cm (bright color, plasticized) posters, sixty thousand (60,000) two (2) themes (30,000 of each) (bright color, plasticized) double-sided handbills, sixty thousand (60,000) two (2) themes (30,000 of each) (bright color, plasticized) double-sided leaflet, and full color page advertisement on two (2) regional newspapers twice a month for a six (6) month period, totaling twenty-four (24) full color pages. The contractor shall have five (5) days to deliver print products after contract is awarded. Newspaper advertisement should begin on 03 February 2014 through 28 July 2014. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the contractor facilities in Lima Peru. NAICS code: 323120 applies. The size standard is 500 in number of employees. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities website, https://www.fbo.gov. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded with a performance period of 3 February 2014 through 28 July 2014. All responsible businesses may submit an offer which shall be considered. No award will be issued to a prospective vendor that has not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov).
