- SAQMMA14R0106 - ATA OVERSEAS STAFFING SERVICES Diplomatic Security, Office of Anti-Terrorism Assistance, Administrative & Management Services-Overseas The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of Anti-Terrorism Assistance has a requirement for a qualified contractor to provide staff to assist in the management and execution of the ATA Program. The Contractor shall provide qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirements in the acquisition package/SOW. The Government currently forecasts a need for 25 staff, all of whom will work overseas at different diplomatic posts. All personnel working on this effort will require a security clearance. Offerors on this effort will be limited to a Prime Contractor with a maximum of one subcontractor. The Government plans to post the solicitation on this site on or about January 21, 2014. Proposals will be due at Noon on February 28, 2014.
