- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number RFQ-PA-14-00006. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 451110 and the business size standard is $14,000,000. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT Dive computers / accessories to be delivered to USEPA Region 3, 1650 Arch Street, Philadelphia PA, 19103. SCHEDULE: CLIN 0001: Sherwood 3 Gauge Navcon with Compass. Mfg Part Number: CG3150. Brand name or equal. Quantity ? 14 ea. CLIN 0002 Suunto Vyper Air. Wireless Wrist Transmitter with USB. Brand name or equal. Quantity ? 14 ea. Reference FAR Provision 52.211-6. The salient characteristics of the dive computers / accessories are: CLIN 0001: Sherwood 3 Gauge Navcon with Compass. Mfg Part Number: CG3150. Salient Characteristics: 1. Compact 3 gauge analog console including built in compass. 2. Nitrox compatible to 40%. 3. Depth gauge to 150 feet. 4. Side-view compass. 5. 5000 PSI pressure gauge with display on back. 6. Temperature gauge. 7. Computer ready. CLIN 0002 Suunto Vyper Air. Wireless Wrist Transmitter with USB. Quantity ? 14 ea. Salient Characteristics: 1. 3D with ability to tilt the compass up to 45 degrees in any direction without impairing the ability to read figures clearly and accurately. 2. 3 operating modes and matrix display. 3. Ability to be programmed in one percent increments for nitrox mixtures between 21 and 100 percent oxygen. 4. Air, Nitrox, and Gauge modes with 2 gas switching. 5. Built-in dive simulator. 6. Audible alarms. 7. User adjustable time out. 8. Ability to adjust oxygen partial pressure between 0.5 and 1.6 in 0.1 unit increments.
