- *** Amendment Attached: Also note offer due date is now 12/26/13 at 5:00PM EST** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description in RFQ The 1-100th Detachment (DET) BD at Fort Sheridan, IL has a requirement in need of Lodging in Kind Services using NAICS Code: 721110. The requirement is subject to the terms listed in the Performance Work Statement that is located in the solicitation. Please submit a quote by December 20, 2013 no later than 12:01PM EST. The basis for award will be evaluated on two factors, technical (facility assessment consisting of cleanliness, security, amenities, conformance with the PWS, and Past Performance) and Price. The quote should include any associated costs related to the requirement. All offerors shall comply with the terms located in the quote mark Instruction to Offerors quote mark of this section. Failure to comply with this section may result in a technically unacceptable proposal. The performance location is 627 Boyden Arbor Rd., Fort Jackson, SC 29207.
