- Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. This pre-solicitation notice is for lodging from 10 - 31 Jan 14 in Salt Lake City, UT. Hotel shall be within 20 miles of 5290W 700 South Salt Lake City, UT 84104. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 10-31 Jan 14. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, as noted in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement. This acquisition is a total small business set aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 721110 and a size standard of $30 Million. (This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). The solicitation will be posted approximately 20 Dec 13 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Awardees must be registered in the System Award Management internet website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
