Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20 has a need for continued Data Telecommunications Services for VA Facilities in Loma Linda CA. The acquisition will be unrestricted for full and open competition, and it is anticipated that one five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to begin 4/1/2014 will be awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 517110 Wired Telecommunications Carriers with a size standard of 1500 employees. A Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12, 13 and FAR 13.5, will be issued on or about December 23, 2013 via FEDBIZOPPS at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the website for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. To be considered for award, all offerors must be registered in System for Award Management SAM data base under NAICS 517110 along with complete online Reps and Certs ORCA https://www.sam.gov. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. Prior to submission of a quote, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the Government's Statement of Work, the RFQ's terms and conditions, the evaluation factors and quote instructions.
