This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A13PS00099 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64. This acquisition is set aside for small business, NAICS Code 532412. This solicitation is for rental of various small equipment for the BIA-Division of Transportation, Force Account Section, Farmington, New Mexico for various location on the Navajo Reservation. The Contractor shall provide quote for the following: Period of Performance is December 27, 2013 to September 30, 2015 Base Year: December 27, 2013 to September 30, 2014.
