- Request for Information - GSA, PBS, Region 10, 10PMM General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, is contemplating a solicitation for Operations/Maintenance at the Wenatchee WA, Federal Building/USPO either through establishing a Firm Fixed Price through open market competition on FBO. This will be a performance based contract for a total not to exceed 5 years of performance. All practices, equipment and supplies will be based upon standard commercial procedures. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment. For the purpose of this Request for Information (RFI), tasks will include but are not limited to: Operation and Maintenance Service, Customer Service, Work Orders, Repairs, Testing & Inspection, Quality Control Warranty Management, Records Keeping Management and Lock Smith service. Expertise and Trade Disciplines: to include, but not limited to electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R, plumbing, EMS, water systems, fire protection system, architectural and structural systems and minor repair and alteration. Building Information Year Built: 1973 Interior Sq Ft: 74,153(Approx) EMS/BAS/SMART: Technologies: Metasys Extended Architecture 2.2 The period of performance will have a one year base period with the potential of four (4) one year option periods for a total period potential of 5 years. Anticipated full performance start date is July 1, 2014, with the Transitional Period starting June 1, 2014. Base period: July 1, 2014 - May 31, 2014. RFI Submittal List •1. Substantiate performance of Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services for buildings of similar size performed in under a contract or task order. Limit to 3 examples, within the past 5 years. •2. Provide a positive statement that your firm intends to propose on this acquisition, signed by personnel with signatory authority. Based on the responses, the Contracting Officer will make a determination whether or not to set this a-side for small business, woman owned Hubzone etc.for this acquisition. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE. Response format: Instructions to Interested Vendors- Address all items in RFI Submittal List. 1. Label your response as noted below: a. Company Information: b. Current award, Contract #, Task Order #. c. Intent to participate if solicited: No more than one paragraph. d. Capabilities Statement: No More than 3 examples/1 pages each e. SBA Certification/Self Certification 2. Maintain the order as listed above in your response sheets. 3. An authorized appointee signature will be required. 4. No encrypted responses will be accepted.
