- NSN: 2835-01-324-4954, Insulation Blanket. One approved source listed as Textron Marine (50079) P/N: 5750011-007. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination. Requested delivery is in 122 Days. Ship-to locations in the Continental US. This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI. Surge and Sustainment does not apply to this procurement. Critical Application Item, Measurement/Test Equipment applies, The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 one-year options. Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 47 EA for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 12 EA and applies to the base year only. The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 12 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 24 EA, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 77 EA. The estimated solicitation open date is 1/7/2014. The Reverse Auction provision will be included in the soliclitation. In the event that a Reverse Auction takes place, it will occur on the Procurex website, which can be accessed at: http://dla.procurexinc.com. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal.
