- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to supply and deliver 87 Octane unleaded gasoline and Ultra LSDF diesel fuel to Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, Smyrna Delaware. FWS owns the tanks located in front of the vehicle shed at the Refuge. The supplied vehicle fuel will be used for FWS equipment. The Government intends to award a Base plus Four Option Year contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation presents the best value to the Government, price and other delivery factors considered. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses can be found at this FedizOpps website and will be available on or about 6 January, 2014. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 424720. The size standard is 100. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), if you are not registered in (SAM), an award CANNOT be made to your company. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Along with the documentation required in the solicitation, the offerors shall submit documentation with there proposal package of three past performance projects completed in the past three years that demonstrates their qualifications, such as experience of the company in making deliveries of similar volumes, meeting equivalent delivery schedules for like materials on contracts of a similar type, size, scope & complexity. Offerors are requested to review the specification and proposal schedule in its entirety before submitting their proposals.
