- Additional Contract Terms and Conditions Contract Terms and Conditions Statement of Work Instructions to Offerors Form 8203 OIG intends to award a basic ordering agreement with firm fixed price task orders to a supplier who possesses specific subject matter expertise in the area of fair market value of properties. The supplier will be expected to assess the fair market value of recently disposed U.S. Postal Service owned properties and conduct an analysis of fair market rent for markets nationwide. Questions are due no later than 1:00pm EST on January2, 2014. Proposals are due no later than 5:00 pm EST on January 10, 2014.
