- The Contracting Department of NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement with only once source, MI Technologies Inc., under the authoridy of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This in not a request for competitive proposals. Specific material characteristics and proprietary informations limit the material and services to MI Technologies. However, all proposals received on or prior to the solicitation closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information recieved will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
