Description

Statement of Requirements Purpose is to rent off- site storage space for the Marion VA Medical Center. This will be for short term contract of six months for equipment. Space must meet the following criteria due to contents: 1.The vendor shall provide 9,999 NUSF of storage space. 2.The storage facility shall be within 25 miles or less of Marion V.A. Medical Center located at 2401 West Main Street, Marion, IL 62959. 3.The storage facility shall be climate controlled with adequate heat and humidity controls incorporated. 4.The storage facility shall have with a standard height loading dock available. 5.The storage facility shall have adequate security but still allow for 24/7 access. 6.The storage facility shall have adequate lighting with electric outlets available within the space.
