- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W912PF-14-R-0005 Conservation Management Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12 using Commercial Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is W912PF-14-R-0005 and this solicitation is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541620. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to purchase the following services: Natural Resources Management: Tuscan Law Review, Forest Management, Wildlife Management Services, Threatened & Endangered Species (TES) Management Plan, Wetlands Management Services; Cultural Resource Management Services; Assessment of Environmental Impact; and Briefings, Inspections, Public Awareness, Meetings and Earth Week Planning. Period of Performance: Base year plus two option years Note to Offerors: To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun & Bradstreet; tel: 02-28-455-379); NCAGE (www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp) number; and be registered in SAM (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) Site Visit: No Site Visit is scheduled. Offer Due Date: All proposals must be submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00, Rome) on January 21, 2014. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All proposals shall be submitted in English and include the company point of contact, phone number, and email address. Proposal Copies - One (1) paper and one (1) electronic (CD-R or DVD-R) copy of the proposal shall be submitted. This includes one original dated offer signed by an official fully authorized to bind the offeror. The CD-ROM or DVD shall be quote mark Read Only quote mark and all documents shall be submitted in Microsoft Office (version 2007 compatible) formats or Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
