- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing request for quote on the repair of 2each Countermeasures Signal Processor NSN 5865-22-605-9875EW for the ALQ-213. Delivery due: 90 days ARO The approximate issue date will be 13 January 2014 with an approximate response date of 13 February 2014. The proposed contract action is for repair for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Terma North America INC, Cage Code 4AHH0. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
