- Description
- The Little Rock Corp of Engineers intends to issue Solicitation W9127S-14-T-0004 for a firm fixed price commercial performance based services contract for Solid Waste Removal Services for the Toad Suck area of Russellville Project Office. The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for, required to perform solid waste services as defined in the performance work statement. This solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside via the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 15 January 2014. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111; and the applicable Small Business Size Standard is $35.5 Million. System for Award Management (SAM) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA), as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered in AM prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a bidder ineligible for award.
