Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The United States Government currently occupies 982 rentable square feet fully serviced in Roanoke Rapids North Carolina. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for 982 rentable square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include, but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. State: North Carolina City: Roanoke Rapids Delineated Area: North: Jackson Street ; South: Hamilton Street; East: At intersection of Washington Street and Roanoke Avenue and West: 8 th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 982 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 982 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Full Term: 10 years (120 months) Firm Term: 5 years (60 months) Option Term: Options are not required but offers for options will be considered Additional Requirements: Agency special requirements to be addressed in the request for lease proposals (RLP) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
