This web application is located at the following internet address: http://aaap.gsa.gov. In order to access this application, participants must go to the AAAP website, select the “Register to offer space” link and follow the instructions to register. Building/space specifications and offer terms and conditions are contained in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) and related documents posted on the website. Specific requirements will be identified after the close of the Open Period. This RLP ( RLP# 14-ATL ) is effective as of the last day of the December Open Period and will apply to all requirements competed through the AAAP program starting in December and extending through the remainder of FY 2014 or until it is replaced. The AAAP application has a copy feature which will allow existing offers to be copied over to the new RLP (14-ATL) in order to avoid having to re-enter all of the data manually. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for commencement of tenant alterations within 60 days of this notice. DELINEATED AREA: All properties offered to the Government pursuant to the listed RLP must be located in Atlanta and its surrounding counties.
