- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning, Georgia intends to issue a solicitation for a contract to provide maintenance and repair of real property and minor construction at Fort Gordon, Georgia. This acquisition will be a competitive acquisition for the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The Government intends to award up to five (5) contracts under this MATOC. This requirement is set-aside for certified HUBZone vendors. The designated NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $33.5 million. The estimated magnitude of this requirement is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The Government anticipates contract lengths of a one five-year oordering period. The solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR Part 15, best value source selection process. The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or about 1 May 2014, with a projected closing date of 11 June 2014. These are projected dates and are subject to change. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued through the Army Single Face Industry (ASFI) via Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov/. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions therefore; the offerors initial proposal shall contain its best terms. A site visit for the MATOC will be held at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The date and time will be provided in the solicitation or subsequent amendments. All contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive a Government contract award. You may register at http://www.sam.gov/.
