Description

Delineated Area The US Government cuurently occupies office and warehouse space in a building under lease in St Paul, MN that will be expiring. The Government requires office and warehouse space yielding a minimum of 1900 ANSI/BOMA warehouse area (ABOA) square feet. Minimum ABOA square feet: 1900 Maximim ABOA square feet: 2000 The lease term is for one year with four option years. The space must be available fro occupancy by 04/01/2014. The delineated area is attached. Other required features include: -Warehouse space with doors wide 12 ft x 14 ft. -Warehouse door height minimum 14 ft. -Layout minimum 14 ft wide x 41 ft deep. -Small office and storage inside warehouse. -One bathroom required. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physcial move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telelcommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
