- NSN 5841-01-431-1459, 26F F-16 Aircraft, PR 51461370, P/N: 322R350G01; this is a Critical Application (CI) item. It is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. Configuration control applies. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Northrop Grumman Corporation. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman, CAGE 97942, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package, (SAR). The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement. Submit SAR packages for evaluation for future procurements to: Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 360 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 2 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against Northrop Grumman's current BOA. The letter solicitation will be issued on 21 January 2014 and will close on 28 February 2014. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
