- Description
- Contract Award: The Boeing Company, Oklahoma City OK 73135-5922, is being awarded a Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost Plus Incentive Fee and Time and Material Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, for Integrated Engineering Services contract for the B-1 Weapon System. This award is a result of a sole source acquisition and one offer was solicited and one offer was received. Description of the contract effort: The total ID/IQ maximum contract value, including the base period and four (4) one year option periods is estimated ceiling value of $750,000,000.00. The first delivery order FA8107-14-D-0002-0001 will be funded with fiscal year 2014, 3400 O&M procurement in the amount of 21,377.960.00 is being obligated at time of award. The B-1 Engineering Services (BES) requirement consists of the detailed design engineering, maintenance engineering and systems (structure/flight systems, avionics, software and weapons delivery) engineering support, computer network support, technical analysis, drawing and source data maintenance/updates, flight safety analyses, reliability/ maintainability analysis, test support, program analysis, cost estimation, schedule development, Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Government Furnished Material (GFM) maintenance, accident investigation, engineering feasibility studies, material deficiency report analysis, field problem investigation, and in-flight emergency response support, logistic system design support, evaluation of new capabilities and development of operational guidelines for fleet repairs and for users to employ.
