Description
Offer submittal form, optional, please include all requested information Item purchase description One order for 50 kits, and another for 12 kits, both going to TInker AFB, OK 73145. Successful offeror must be currently active the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). See attached for complete description and applicable clauses. Marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129 is required. 8030-01-301-5247 UI: KT SEALING COMPOUND: DESCRIPTION In accordance with Pratt & Whitney specification PWA-407, Silicone Rubber Compound, High Temperature Resistant, Revision AF, dated December 3, 2012 and associated qualified product list, page 5, paragraph 4.2. Use: A two-component, black, silicone rubber compound for use as an abradable sealant on Pratt & Whitney jet engine compressor blades. Size: 1 gallon kit quantities consisting of silicone rubber base resin and curing agent packaged separate containers. Shelf Life Code 3: Age on delivery shall not exceed 2 months. Date of reinspection shall be 9 months after date of manufacture. See attached for complete item purchase description Award will be based on (1) Price, (2) Shipment Days (1) Price will be evaluated first and is most important. (2) Shipment is requested in 30 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Shipment is the second most important factor. In the case that one or more vendors are equal in price, award will be made to the best shipment time.
