Solicitation FTC-14-Q-4018 QUESTIONS Submit all questions via email no later than January 7, 2014 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit those questions and answers of a common interest to all prospective Vendors. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND QUOTE DUE DATE Quotes must be submitted electronically by January 9, 2013 at 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Submit quotes directly to Jason Callahan via email to jcallahan@ftc.gov. PRICE QUOTE The price quote is to be submitted as a Firm Fixed Price. Price quotes should include the following: 1) Firm fixed price to deliver the products listed in the table above including any necessary travel or delivery costs required. 2) The Government encourages discounts to be applied to the pricing. EVALUATION The source selection will be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable. Evaluation criteria for technical acceptability: 1. Quotation listing required parts 2. Vendor must be a registered small business in the System for Award Management (SAM) 3. Ability to provide the required products within two (2) weeks after receipt of award (ARO) CONTRACT AWARD Contract award shall be made to the responsible Vendor whose offer, in conforming to this RFQ, provides the Government the lowest priced technical acceptable quotation. *** See the attached soliciation for FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers
