- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Dugway Proving Ground Contracting Office has a requirement for the repair and refurbishment of radio communication systems in the West Desert Test Center's Chemical Test Division (CTD). This combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: (1) CTD Radio System Repair (firm-fixed-price): Non-personal services requirement to peform the work as identified in Technical Exhibit 1: Dugway Proving Grounds Chemical Test Division Radio System Specifications & Scope of Work Radio System Refurbishment; and (2) CMRA Reporting (firm-fixed-price): The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Department of the Army via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/, and then click on quote mark Department of the Army CMRA quote mark or the icon of the DoD organization that is receiving or benefitting from the contracted services. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2013. Contractors may direct questions to the help desk by clicking on the Send an email button, which is located under the Help Resources. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written proposal (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W911S6-13-T-0026. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
