- Location Drawings Synopsis SOW Design Build Sewer Line Installation THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY. Flatwoods JCC is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for a design build sewer line installation. The work involves services for the investigation of a suitable route, as well as Design services and Construction Administration for installation of approximately 1,300 feet of sewage pipeline from the Center's existing sewer treatment plant to the city's new pump station for routing to the new city sewer treatment plant. The work will also include a new lift station and holding tank to be installed at the existing plant location. The work will further involve some existing plant demolition at the Center as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) See attached. (Davis Bacon Act applies see Wage Determination attached).
