- Amendment 0004 is to provide responses to industry questions that were inadvertently left off of Amendment 0003. Amendment 0003 is to provide responses to industry questions, add 5.7.8 to PWS, revise 6.2 of PWS supporting attachments, delete facilities from 1.1 of the PWS and extend the closing date of the soliciation to 13 January 2014, 1400. Amendment 0002 is to provide responses to industry questions, correct Clause 5152.204 (a)and make corrections to 3.3.2, 4.3.1, and 4.3.9 of the PWS. Amendment 0001 is to correct the submission date for Past Performance Questionaires to 23 Dec 2013. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for VTC/AV Support Service at Fort Eustis, VA. This solicitation is set-aside for certified 8(a) small business concerns. Offers from other than certified 8(a) small business concerns will not be considered. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System Award Management (SAM). North American Industrial Classification Standard 541513 (size standard = $25.5 million) applies to this procurement. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. See attached solicitation posted on FEDBIZOPPS. All prospective contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. The solicitation number is W911S0-14-T-0003. The point of contact responsible for supplying additional information and answering all inquiries is the Contracting Officer via the Contract Specialist.
