- Description
- TITLE: Purchase of Components to Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter (DRASH) in support of Fort Hood, TX. Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to DHS Systems LLC, 33 Kings Highway, Orangeburg, NY a small business, for the purchase of components and replacement parts to a DRASH system for future missions in Fort Hood, TX. The Government intends to enter into a firm fixed price requirements with DHS Systems LLC. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to proprietary ownership of requested items and no other sources will be able to accurately satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 314910 - Textiles Bags and Canvas Mills with a size standard of 500 employees.
