- The US ARMY Contracting Center - APG, Natick Contracting Division intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Trippi's Uniforms, Inc., Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1), Soliciting from a single source for limited quantities of Law Enforcement Uniforms, Head Gear, and Insignia. Only the awarded vendor stocks the unit unique patches, caps and name tags required by the requesting agency and provides the necessary measurement and on-site delivery and services. This process is invaluable due to the number of new and existing law enforcement personnel that require frequent alterations.. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315210. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 2389.
