- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance and snow removal services at Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) located in Richmond, Kentucky with firm fixed pricing. The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be a (1) one year base period with (4) four, (1) one year option periods. ACC-RI intends to issue a Request for Quote to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website less than http://acquisition.army.mil greater than on or about January 29, 2014 with opening on or about 30 days from issuance. This proposed contract will be entirely classified under the North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSSIBLE AWARD OFFERORS SHALL ATTEND THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT. Prior to doing business with the Department Of Defense (DOD) all offerors who provide goods or services to the DOD shall be registered in the System for Award Management at less than https://www.sam.gov/ greater than or contact (866)606-8220. Interested firms are invited to submit quotes after this solicitation is published online. Amendments applicable to this solicitation will also be posted online. It will be the responsibility of offerors to check these websites for the issuance and any changes to the solicitation. No hard copies are available.
