- NSN 1560-00-868-2157, F-5, T-38 AIRCRAFT, PR# 0049312826, P/N: 2-26100-56; this is a Critical Application (CI). This is a Navy Critical Safety Application (CSI) item and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This is a proprietary item to Northrop Grumman Corporation CAGE 0JRC1 coded 3P. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman CAGE 0JRC1, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package for evaluation for future procurements. DELIVERY: 565 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 17 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin. The government intends to place firm-fixed price, no options order against BOA SPM4A111G0004. The letter solicitation will be issued on 08 JAN 14 and close on 08 FEB 14.
