- A sole source acquisition to an 8(a) firm - Laulima Government Solutions (6GTB0) - I/A/W Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637 (a)(1) and FAR Part 19.803 will provide a vehicle through which the vendor shall furnish services and qualified personnel required to support the DLA Troop Support Industrial Hardware Supply Chain via its Defense Fastener Initiative (DFI) in adapting and implementing commercial best business practices in DFI business model design and support as it transitions from a Depot Direct to Customer Direct business model.
