- PWS J&A The requirement is to continue the NFIP BSA services required by the FEMA NFIP and its stakeholders, especially insurance agents, policyholders, and WYO companies. The requirement is to continue to operate and maintain critical BSA Services that are integral to NFIP program delivery and cannot be forgone - actuarial, claims administration, correspondence, finance, flood disaster response, publications, regional office support, underwriting, WYO insurance company coordination, and policyholder support. Due to the nature of this procurement, The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency believes there is only one responsible source capable of meeting these requirements. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Notwithstanding, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting FEMA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed contract extension based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted in writing via the email link below. Please limit your entire response to no more than 10 pages, including attachments. No telephone calls will be accepted.
