Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Asheville, North Carolina, 28805, will be soliciting proposals for Ground Maintenance /Snow Removal Services at its' Franklin Community Base Outreach Clinic (CBOC). The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete all requirements. A request for proposal, VA246-13-Q-2155, will be issued on or about January 08, 2014. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is February 1, 2014 (or date of award) through January 1, 2015 for a base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is 100% small disable veteran own small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.0 Million.
